In 1999, Alan King ignited a vision that later led to the creation of A.C. King Clearing and Grading. What began as one backhoe and one lone truck has developed into a thriving business that stands as a top North Carolina land clearing service. Alan's team redefined quality, anchoring it in safety and satisfied customers.

With Alan's semi-retirement in 2022, Nick Svab acquired the company and is expanding its horizons to new counties and new projects. Nick continues to work closely with Alan, receiving his continuous support and wisdom surrounding our customers and work.
